Philosophy

Healing Treasures from the Heart has been developed to provide healing treasures from the earth in the form of custom designed jewelry for people and animals. Since it is believed that gemstones have healing properties which affect changes in the physical, emotional, mental, and physical aspects of the body, we can use gemstones to affect desired changes.

Each piece is individually handcrafted using hand picked semiprecious gemstone beads and sterling silver. If desired, Susan can help you carefully select the gemstones to match the attributes you have chosen to influence. Once the piece is completed, Susan clears the stones and materials with Reiki, programming the selected purpose into the jewelry in addition to the loving, healing energy of Reiki. Clearing and programming the gemstones helps them to work more efficiently.

Reiki is Universal Life Force, an ancient healing practice by using healing energy it creates balance in body, mind, emotions, and spirit. When the "body" is in balance it heals better, able to handle stress better, able to manage every day ups and downs, and it is easier to listen to the inner voice.

Although our focus is custom designed gemstone jewelry, a limited quantity of ready made gemstone jewelry is available for immediate purchase. We hope that you find that our jewelry meets our intention of healing your body, mind, and spirit.

Guarantee

Jewelry items are not toys, so provide proper supervision when using around children and animals. Jewelry needs to be treated with proper care to prevent breakage. Breakage through play or roughhousing is not covered under warranty. Do not attach tags and/or leashes to necklaces/collars worn by animals.

We want you to enjoy your purchase. If you are not satisfied, return the unused item in its original condition within 7 days of delivery and we will provide you with credit toward another purchase, minus shipping costs.

Bracelets and necklaces are made to the size ordered. If necessary, they can be resized for $5.00 plus actual shipping cost. Items need to be returned in original packing materials.

We offer a 90 day warranty against breakage under normal use. For a warranty repair, a defect in one of the components has to be the cause of breakage. The customer will need to pay shipping costs to return the item. Once the item is repaired, we will send the item back to you at no additional cost.

For non warranty repairs, the cost of repairs will depending on the components needed for the repair plus shipping.
