Selecting Gemstones

Themes: Although themes were developed for the beaded strings, they may be used for other products. Themes include Birthstones, Chakras, Color, Elements (earth, wind, fire, water), Totem Animals, and Zodiac Signs. A listing of stones for each theme is available through the information page.

Attributes: Since gemstones affect the physical, mental, and spiritual aspects of the individual, they can be selected based on their attributes. Examples of attributes are below or you may identify different attributes. It is best to use only one or two attribute per item.

Physical: detoxification, pain relief, or any disorder with one of the body systems -- endocrine, muscular, reproductive, skin, circulation, digestive, immune, nervous, respiratory, skeletal, and urinary.
Mental: abundance, calming, confidence, creativity, grounding, motivation, acceptance, balance, concentration, cooperation, energize, intuition, or protection.
Emotional: anxiety, change, depression, love, stress, or memory.

Information

Since the designing, selection, and programming of the jewelry is specific for the recipient, please provide the following information when ordering: person or type and breed of animal, name, sex, birth date, and year if the recipient is a child or animal.

Ordering

Because gemstones come in a wide variety of sizes, styles, grades and prices, exact price quotes for individual custom designs can not be given. Starting prices for necklaces are $35, bracelets – $25, strings and other items – $15, and earrings – $10.

A non-refundable deposit is required for each item ordered – $15 for necklaces and bracelets, or $10 for earrings, strings, and other items. When your deposit is received, your design will be developed, stones obtained if necessary, and information and/ or a colored pencil draft sent to you for approval. Work on the actual piece will not begin until the design is approved.

Shipping

When an order is completed, payment (including shipping & handling and applicable sales tax) is expected before the item will be mailed. Most items are sent within 1-3 weeks, but please allow four to six weeks for delivery.

Indiana 6% sales tax will be automatically applied to all orders mailed or delivered in Indiana.

Standard shipping and handling is $3.00 for orders sent USPS First-Class mail. Other mailing options such as insurance, prioroty mail, and express mail are available at additional cost.

For orders outside the continental United States, shipping and handling charges will be based on actual cost and payment will need to be made in US funds.

All claims (damage or shortage) must be reported within five working days after receipt of your order. Our responsibility for orders shipped ends upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for loss or damage during transit, unless covered under the guarantee.
